I have since accepted the offer, and we’re moving toward completion.

Why did you choose Homed:In over another estate agent?

My existing estate agents weren’t delivering the viewing numbers I had originally hoped for, and so I thought I would try a more low cost option who took a slightly different approach with their marketing. Gladly, it paid off.

How did you find your experience with Homed:In?

It’s been an all round refreshing experience. James only needed one viewing to get an offer on the table, and it’s always easy to get hold of them, no matter the time of day.

What’s your opinion of the hybrid/online estate agency model and why, if at all, would you recommend others towards selling their home this way?

One of my friends sold his property through an online agent, so I knew what to expect. What I didn’t want was to pay my money up front, so when Homed:In said they did everything that the high street agents do, only cheaper, it immediately put me at ease.

How much money did you save with Homed:In, and how are you going to spend it?

I think we worked it out to be in the region of £4,500 that I’d be saving – a nice touch that will go a long way towards my moving costs!!
