James was available to answer requests by call, email and text without delay and even managed to arrange a viewing with virtually no notice. No feeling that we were just being signed up to a mailing list to be bombarded with adverts for irrelevant properties...we said we want to view the house, he said name a time.
It was also clear that the seller had a really great relationship with the agent. In summary, if we were selling, that’s how I’d want it to be done. Thanks James, we will be recommending you to anybody who asks!"
